Both of my kids love building toys.  Whether it’s building a space station or fire station, they both enjoy it.  I think that’s pretty great considering they are 12 and 5 and a boy and a girl, respectively.

When I received this Mega Blok Fire Patrol Rescue building set to review, my son jumped on putting it togehter while my daughter rounded up her other ‘play people’ and got them ready for a fire drill.  Talk about a noisy afternoon in the Hagan house!

Mega Bloks thought of all the details with their Blok Squad play sets.  The Fire Patrol Rescue set comes with tiny little fire extenguishers and other tools that fit just right on the fire truck and inside it.  The doors actually swing out and the tools can be stored inside the fire truck.  How cool is that?  The set comes with a buildable Fire Rescue Pumper Truck and Fire Patrol ATV and includes 2 Blok Squad Firefighters.  There are 190 pieces in this set.
