Tropicana Juicy Rewards Program – What did I get with my points this week?

Orange juice is a staple in our refrigerator.  We go through a couple of gallons of orange juice a week and now because I am a Tropicana Juicy Insider, we get reward points just for enjoying something we already buy and love.  How great is that?  You too can be a Tropicana Juicy Insider, free!

Here’s how it works:

  • I buy the same Tropicana products as always..Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium and Tropicana Trop50 products.
Eligible Tropicana products feature the Tropicana Juicy Rewards logo and a 10-character unique code under the cap or on the promotional package. Each specially-marked package is worth a pre-determined number of points. Upon entering the 10-character unique code, my Tropicana Juicy Insider account is credited the appropriate number of points.
  • To participate, you must set up a free account on the Tropicana website (www.tropicana.com). Each time you buy specially-marked Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium or Tropicana Trop50 products, you can either text your code to TROPOJ (876765) or enter it on the Tropicana Juicy Rewards website.
  • The corresponding points will be entered into your account on the Tropicana Juicy Rewards website. The more codes you enter, the more points you accrue. You can then search and redeem these points for fantastic savings on thousands of great offers including discounted admissions to theme parks, museums, aquariums and zoos, great gear and supplies and much more to help you squeeze more out of life.

A few companies that have  teamed up with Tropicana are Coleman (awesome camping gear!), Adidas, and Harras Resorts and now through March 31st, Tropicana  is running a sweepstakes with Harrahs Resorts.  You can win a fabulous trip to one of four Harrahs locations.  All you do is visit www.tropicana.com to sign up. It is free to become a a part of the Tropicana Juicy Insider program. If you use code MOMCE-NTRAL immediately after signing up, you will automatically receive 1 point to get you started on your earnings. 1 point may not seem like a lot, but when donated it will help to save 33 1/3 sq. ft. of Rainforest through Tropicana’s Rescue the Rainforest campaign.

I redeemed 4 points to get $10 + free shipping on this Adidas Cambridge Watch and donated 3 points to save 100 sq. ft. of rain forest

Over the next 3 months I will be sharing my experiences with you on how Tropicana’s Juicy Insider Program is helping to save my family money.  So far, I redeemed 4 points and saved $10 on this beautiful Adidas Cambridge Watch and I donated 3 points to save 100 square feet of rain forest.

* What to think about when shopping for a stroller

What to think about when shopping for a stroller

  • First of all, it’s important to actually shop for a stroller, don’t buy the first stroller you fall in love with because you like the way it looks.
  • Consider your lifestyle when buying a stroller. ‘Boutique moms’ will want to look for an easy to maneuver small to medium size stroller.
  • There are several types of strollers including travel system strollers, high-end traditional strollers, double/twin strollers, and jogging strollers.  (Read Part 5: Comparison chart of different types of strollers) for more information on the types of strollers.
  • Casual shoppers with a baby from newborn to age 3 will do well with a Travel System or a standard high-end stroller such as the Musty 4Rider Light or Bugaboo Bee
  • Walking your toddler around the neighborhood everyday? Go with a comfortable umbrella or mid-size stroller such as The First Years Jet Stroller or Chicco Trevi, two of my favorite mid-size strollers.  (Read Part 3: Stroller Buying Guide: A few of my favorite strollers) for more information about my favorite strollers.
  • Jogging up a mountain? Parents who enjoy jogging and taking walks up mountains will want to invest in a good jogging stroller such as a Baby Jogger stroller.
  • The best high end multi-purpose strollers for parents of infants to 3+ year old’s are the Musty 4Rider Light and the Bugaboo Bee. While The First Years Jet Stroller is a great option for a shopping mom with a toddler.
  • If the stroller you purchase doesn’t come with a cup holder, buy one. You won’t want to go without a cup holder. (Read Part 4: Stroller Buying Guide: Stroller Accessories) for more information about stroller accessories.
  • You don’t have to buy a Travel System stroller if you need to put an infant car seat in the stroller. Many high-end traditional strollers accommodate infant car seats.  Check brand compatibility!
  • You should consider buying a diaper bag after you’ve purchased your stroller as stroller storage baskets vary in size greatly.
