We are at the grocery store at least two times a week. I would love to cut it down to once a week, but that’s just not happening.  I like Kroger because they have a great selection of natural and organic food.  My daughter likes Kroger because they always give her four stickers.

Ralph Lauren has come out with a great new Create Your Own shirt tool that is perfect for busy parents who want to wow! their kids or simply have some classy personalized clothing.  If I recall correctly, and my memory seems to be fading quickly, kids wore and carried more personalized items when I was growing up.  Personalized backpacks, pencil holders, hats, etc.. My kids have personalized labels that I stick on everything but a sticky label wouldn’t really look so hot on a Ralph Lauren Polo, would it?

I was so excited to create a personalized Ralph Lauren Polo shirt for my 11 year old recently. He’s the one in the photograph to the left. The process was simple, fun, and quick.  And what’s great is that my son is so proud of his shirt.  He thinks it super cool to have his initials on his shirt!

I used to stop at a local Smoothie shop on my way to work every day.  I relied on my daily smoothie to get me through the day.  It had a shot of Turbinado sugar in it, giving me the boost I needed after a long night of partying the night before.  Since having kids, I’ve gotten out of the habit of drinking a smoothie every day and I miss that tradition.  Up until I learned about Yoplait Frozen Smoothie mix that is.

Here are a few tips I want to give you so that you can get more value in different areas of your life:

I was given a yearly membership to review while writing this post. I found the signup to be simple. You can either sign up online or over the telephone. For something like LifeLock’s services I recommend calling to speak to a representative who can answer your questions right away and help you decide which LifeLock service is best for you. The representative I spoke to was very helpful and had me and my husband signed up for LifeLock’s Command Center service in about 10 minutes.

If you are looking for some peace of mind about protecting your family from identity theft, this seems to be a small price to pay in my opinion.
