We love Tea Collection. My daughter has several pieces from Tea Collection that she has been wearing for about a year and two things that I as a mom appreciate about Tea Collection clothing is how well the pieces hold up and they are machine washable. My daughter loves the “colorfulness” (that’s her word not mine) and she chooses her Tea Collection dresses over many because they are very soft and comfortable.
She recently received a few pieces from Tea Collection’s Bali collection.
Bali is Tea Collection’s inspiration this Spring season due to its rich immersion in the arts. From small mountain villages to surf worthy coasts, inspiration abounds in Bali. Surrounded by natural beauty, vibrant people, and intoxicating music, the family became engrossed in Bali’s rich culture and history resulting in their beautiful Bali collection.
Tea Collection brought all the creativity that they had amassed and poured it into their new, vibrant collection of children’s clothing, the Bali Collection.
Starting with the Moon Orchid Trapeze Dress(#4 in photo above). Its watercolor design of one of Bali’s most beautiful flowers stands out against its crisp backdrop. Made of 100% cotton, this dress playfully swings and twirls which makes my daughter very happy. This is a great stand-alone piece, but it also looks adorable with a pair of leggings like Tea Collection’s peacock pedal pushers.
We love the vibrant colors and dual print design of the Artisan Lotus Dress(#1 in photo above). Covered in Bali’s ikat print with a band of lotus blossoms around the waist, this modern twist on a traditional print is sure to be a crowd pleaser. If your daughter is like my five year old, this fun dress will be one your little darling cannot wait to wear.
A dress from another collection holding true to the Bali theme is the Jaya Peak Playdress(#2 in photo above). Mountain peaks and butterflies border this whimsical dress, named after the tallest mountain in Indonesia.
Does your daughter need shoes to complete all the charming looks in this collection? Check out Tea Collection’s adorable Pazitos Flower Bunch Sandals in Kiwi for an extra pop of color. These comfy leather sandals are perfect whether your little one is going dressy or casual. As you can see in the photographs above, my daughter wears these with everything!
Tea Collection, has a distinctive outlook on fashion. By using destinations as inspiration, Tea Collection brings playfulness to their children’s clothes. They have styles and designs to fit the personality of little girls and little boys everywhere.
From Japan and Korea to West Africa and Norway, Catalonia, Mexico, Hungary, and Brazil Tea Collection has traveled the globe to share and create. Their brightly colored clothes are machine washable making them as easy to care for as they are to wear.

No matter how much parents try to sway their little girls or boys to play with toys that are made for either gender, I have found that my little girl and my son always gravitate toward toys that were specifically made for their gender. My son loves outdoor toys and my daughter likes dolls and kitchen toys.
My daughter first saw Little Mommy dolls advertised on TV. I think she saw the one that poops in the potty that she comes with. She though she needed that doll the same day because that doll needed a mommy (my daughter) to teach her how to go poopoo in the potty. I knew that another Little Mommy doll was on its way to our doorstep so I redirected her attention to a nice game of ‘who can put the most make up on your baby dolls’.’
My daughter was beside herself when her Baby So New™ Little Mommy doll we received to review, arrived at our door. She set up a bed for her, tried to feed her celery (because that’s what babies like to eat right?), and then decided that Baby So New™ could use a nap so she fed her with the bottle that came with her and sang to her to ‘put her to sleep’.
These lovable dolls can be part of capturing memorable moments, sharing important milestones, and most of all, giggling with all of your own LittleMommies.
Your little girl will have a great time with the Little Mommy printables on the Mattel Little Mommy website. Printables include a “Little Mommy – My Little Scrapbook”, a Birth Certificate for your child’s Little Mommy doll, and Flash Cards. In the photograph to the right, Madelyn is filling out one of the Scrapbook pages.
Here is a quick video of my daughter singing to her Baby So New™ Little Mommy doll:

My daughter loves to mix and match clothes which matches her mix n’ match personality. Ever since she was a baby, I’ve called her Princess Peanut. She’s a prissy little Princess but she’s tomboy-ish at the same time; that’s where Peanut comes in. My daughter loves her Little TrendstarROCKSTARLET long sleeve t-shirt. She wears it with her favorite pink paisley skirt. Interesting combination, I know.
Little Trendstar gives kids of all ages the chance be ulta-hip, with a selection of t-shirts for boys and girls size 2T to 6T as well as 3-6 month and 6-12 month onesies.
If you are looking for a few bold, colorful pieces to add to your child’s wardrobe you will adore Little Trendstar!
Little Trendstar’s pieces are made in the USA out of 100% cotton and the fabric is printed with safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly water-based inks which are phthalate free.
About Little Trendstar: A graphic designer by trade, Little Trendstar owner Nicole Worth is mom to two little boys. She spends her days splitting time between a few different endeavors, submerging herself in design, fashion and kids.
Disclosure: My daughter received a shirt from Little Trendstar/Rachel Florio PR for review purposes. All opinions are 100% my own.
My daughter loves to play dress up. She changes into ‘fancy clothes’ soon after she gets home from school almost every day. She’s not lazy about changing into her fancy clothes either! Fancy shoes, leggings or tights, a sweater, sometimes a tutu, a bit of blush, and always some sort of hair accessory. Today she was so excited when she saw what she received from Chelsea-Baby.com, a beautiful headband and snap-on bouquet. She tried the headband with her hair up first then decided it would look prettier with her hair down. Such a tough decision, right?
For that little girl who likes to do exactly that “Dress up” this darling lavender, tulle and pink, green, & purple striped grosgrain ribbon completes the look!
Chelsea Baby offers the headband in lavender, hot pink, light pink, and lime green and there are currently 10 bouquet options. The bouquet you see in the photo above is called “Dress Up”. Fitting name, isn’t it? I love the idea of a snap-on bouquet.
Chelsea Baby’s headbands and bouquets are whimsical, fun, and fancy. Perfect for your little princess!
I have no problem admitting that I will hand my 5 or 12 year old the iPad when I’m on the phone with a client, need to cook dinner, write an email, or take a shower. I try not to use the television as a form of entertainment as much as we used to and after they’ve been playing with Moon Dough, LEGO’s, or Play-Doh for a couple of hours, I think it’s ok to let them spend a few minutes playing on the iPad. The really cool thing is that my 5 year old doesn’t even realize that she’s learning while she’s ‘playing’ on the iPad!
VocabuLarry’s Things That Go iPad app by BabyFirstTV is a book app that allows your child to read the book themselves or have the story read to them. I can even record my voice while reading the story so that it’s like I’m reading the story to Madelyn. This is great when I’m not able to put her to bed because I have to work late. My husband will read her a story then he’ll put the iPad app on so it’s like I’m right there with her, reading to her. Animations and sounds activated by her touch make each page of the app interactive. This app teaches babies and toddlers vocabulary.
From the hit TV channel BabyFirstTV, comes the very first digital book featuring everyone’s favorite parrot, VocabuLarry! The spirited talking parrot takes babies and toddlers on an interactive journey as he meets all different “things that go” – a car, ship, truck and more!
