Madelyn is all about putting things in and taking things out of cups, bowls, tupperware, even my shirt, these days. Last night while eating dinner she insisted on having the tupperware container that her food came out of, on her tray so she could put her food back in it and then take it out, and it went on and on and on…
I knew she was going to love Pooh’s Honey Pot from Learning Curve as soon as I opened the box. There are three little honey bee’s that she can put in and remove from Pooh’s honey pot. She can even see through his honey pot to make sure they are all there.
Madelyn will even try to count the bee’s when she takes them out. She points and makes noises like I do when I’m counting things for her. It’s super cute.
Besides being a sorting toy, I can tell that Pooh’s Honey Pot is going to play a big role in learning how to count. There are three bee’s so the numbers aren’t overwhelming for her to learn.
This is something I think Madelyn is going to love for a long time.
