My now 10 year old son rode in a booster seat until relatively recently. The safe ‘no booster seat’ age is 10-12 years old. He actually liked sitting in a booster seat because he could see out the window better. I am 5’1″ and often joke that I should still sit in a booster seat. I’ve spent about a week reviewing the Evenflo Big Kid AMP no back booster seat and have really enjoyed it.. as has my daughter. She is too young to use it in the car but has found many uses for it around the house including ‘teacher seat’ and as a ‘booster seat highchair’.. on the floor. I don’t recommend using a booster seat as a real high chair as it could slide off the chair.
Features of the Evenflo Big Kid AMP no back booster seat include:
- a cup and a snack holder both with an elastic band so they can hold cups and snacks of just about any size! Love it!
- softtouch armrests
- removable, washable, and wipeable black seat pad
- soft seat pad
- available in bright pink, red, and blue

My 6yo son really really wants to move into one of these (he’s sat in a few and this one is his favorite). He likes the red and luckily that’s my favorite, too!

I’d like the red. Red is my fave color. It also works better for us, because I have a girl and a boy. They could each use it. My daughter is going to need one of these soon.
I love the red! I have two boys so pink is out and the blue seems a little “electric.” Looking forward to getting one of mine in a booster in the next year. It will make carpools so much easier.
pink would be great – my daughter is ready to transition to one
Would love a blue one for my four your old who is getting too big for her car seat!
I like the pink one. I would like to win this for my grandaughter as she is ready to move into a booster seat
Definitely feeling the red one! Perfect for a boy or girl, plus it’s just smoking! It looks like a great seat and my son could rock it.
I LOVE the pink one . . . too cute!
I’d love to win this because we actually need two more booster seats for the girls so that we have a set in our second car. This would be perfect!
I like the red (nice and unisex). It’s one of only 2 backless booster srecommended as a best bet by the IIHS, has a great price and comes in a nice reusable plastic cover that protects it when not in use.
